Job Description
• Medication orders multiple times a week - ordering for all departments
• Clinical rounds for the staff
• Reporting for USPI into a dashboard
• DEA / pharmacy audits
• Overseeing all of clinical staff schedules
• Overseeing product procurement on a bi-week basis (working with materials management)
• Talking with surgeons on a daily basis regarding operative reports
• Clinical audits, making sure they are meeting their completion/compliance regulations
• Maintaining quality control program and infection control program
• Peer reviews for the staff
• Overseeing OR regulatory - patient / staff safety - logs completed every day
• Monitoring emergency management response
Serve as a key staff member in any type of code situation

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree
California RN License
5+ years of Operating Room experience
2+ years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area
BLS & ACLS certifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ortho surgery experience
ENT surgery experience
Ambulatory experience
