Key Responsibilities:
Digitize paper records by scanning and storing them in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide records and change management support as needed.
Evaluate and categorize various data types, determining appropriate retention periods based on legal and business requirements.
Maintain the official repository (WebXtender) for all retention schedules and supporting documentation.
Review records to ensure compliance with the retention strategy, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in responding to internal and external customer inquiries as appropriate.
Adhere to company procedures and policies.

Perform other related duties as assigned
This position pays up to $25.00 hourly.

High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in data processing.
Experience working in a controlled environment.
