Job Description

Our client's design team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to help craft customer-centered experiences across a streaming product, a large consumer facing website, product marketing, CRM, and campaign-driven digital surfaces.
This role will work closely with senior designers, art directors, product partners, and marketers to bring to life compelling, on-brand creative across a variety of media and sports properties. This role will contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team building scalable systems and content solutions for millions of customers.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who’s comfortable executing across platforms and formats while learning and growing within a fast-paced, content-rich environment.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with lead designers and art directors to bring creative briefs to life across owned and operated digital surfaces.

• Produce high quality content at scale across various digital experiences

• Design promotional and editorial content that supports key product moments, campaigns, and events — from sports to entertainment.

• Execute assets using design systems and modular templates digital platforms

• Contribute to imagery libraries, templates, and workflows that support scalable, metadata-driven content output.

• Work cross-functionally with product, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure visual output meets platform needs and aligns with customer goals.

• Apply UX/UI and responsive design principles to help shape how customers discover and engage with content.

• Stay informed on creative trends, brand tone, and streaming industry design practices.

• Participate in creative reviews and share thoughtful feedback with teammates.

• Support the implementation of AI and prompt-driven tools as part of modern creative workflows.

• Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets across multiple project timelines, including occasional support for live events on weekends or holidays.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of digital design experience, ideally in streaming, sports, media, or a related industry.
• Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product and editorial design work, with a focus on systems thinking, brand storytelling, and customer-centered execution.
• Proven experience building and evolving design systems for large-scale content automation and platform optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and customer behavior across web, mobile, and TV.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver, with a collaborative mindset and experience working across multiple disciplines.
• Passion for innovation and creative exploration, with working knowledge of emerging tools like AI-assisted design and prompt engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.

A product marketing design team is looking for a Sr. Media Designer to drive transformative, customer-centered creative across a streaming product, large website, product marketing, and mid-to-lower-funnel digital surfaces.
This is a high-impact role where design excellence, systems thinking, and strategic leadership converge. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Merchandising, Product, Marketing, and Technology to define design frameworks and creative systems that scale.

• Partner with the Principal Designer and Creative Engineers to implement transformative creative concepts that elevate platform experiences and drive customer growth and engagement.
• Implement creative direction and lead execution across cross-platform editorial and promotional content on owned and operated properties — including product surfaces, a website and campaign-driven landing pages.
• Author and implement creative briefs, define requirements, and articulate strategic vision to align creative output with business and customer objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing leads, commerce teams, and editorial stakeholders to solve complex design and workflow challenges.
• Apply expertise in UX/UI and responsive product design to improve how customers discover, navigate, and engage with content across devices.
• Create high-impact motion graphics and animation in After Effects to enhance storytelling, interactivity, and platform aesthetics.
• Support off-platform product marketing design and presentation design efforts, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
• Implement usage of AI tools and prompt engineering, pushing scaling production capabilities
• Lead visual design approaches for both product and marketing outputs, ensuring cohesion at scale.
• Deliver high-volume, high-quality design output while balancing speed and craft.
• Support design strategy and stakeholder management with clear communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior designers, promoting high standards in craft, collaboration, and communication.
