Job Description

A client is looking for a QC coordinator in Los Angeles, CA.



As part of our client's Marketing Department, this coordinator will be responsible for all quality control activities for promos to various platforms as well as off-channel media.



Responsibilities:



· Coordinate finishing of all promos; ensuring that all media is up to publishing standards

· Work closely with writers, producers, project managers, and finishing teams to ensure produced media is formatted and organized correctly

· Manage and triage media based on delivery needs

· Provide Quality Control on spot metadata to ensure it is correct

· Deliver final social and digital spots to distribution partners

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience in a post production or video production environment

Experience providing Quality Control on all final social and digital creative spots for technical compliance

Understanding of aspect ratios for different platforms (Snapchat, Tiktok, Facebook, etc).

Must have Adobe Premiere experience

Must be able to modify schedule occasionally during season launch

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prefer some experience with Airtable platform, but not required
