Job Description
Our client is rolling out a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to replace and consolidate multiple legacy systems supporting TV photography, TV promo short‑form video, and film assets.
This initiative requires a senior, execution‑focused Project Manager to own the coordination, structure, and delivery of the DAM rollout. The scale and complexity of onboarding multiple creative and marketing teams demands a single, experienced owner accountable for timelines, dependencies, reporting, and delivery cadence.
This is a delivery‑focused Project Manager role, not a product management or business engagement position.
Program & Timeline Ownership
Build and maintain the master program plan, including:
Implementation phases
Group‑by‑group rollout sequencing
Training and launch milestones
Track dependencies across Product, Engineering, Vendor, and business readiness
Identify schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans
Rollout Coordination Across Teams
Coordinate onboarding of multiple creative and marketing teams without overlap or conflicts
Serve as the single source of truth for what is launching, when, and with whom
Ensure Business Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams are aligned to a shared delivery plan
Reporting & Leadership Readouts
Produce consistent program status reporting, including:
Timeline health
Rollout progress by group
Risks, issues, and decisions required
Prepare status reports and presentation materials to support recurring leadership readouts
Translate complex delivery details into clear, executive‑friendly communication
Meeting Cadence & Governance
Own the rollout operating cadence, including:
Weekly program status meetings
Cross‑functional delivery syncs
Rollout readiness checkpoints
Create agendas, capture decisions, track action items, and ensure follow‑through
Maintain delivery discipline and momentum across teams
Training & Launch Schedule Management
Coordinate training schedules in alignment with rollout timelines
Ensure training, enablement, and launch activities align with product readiness
Track readiness milestones required for each group’s launch
Delivery Alignment (Internal & Vendor)
Track internal and vendor delivery milestones against the program plan
Surface misalignment between product readiness and rollout commitments
Escalate delivery risks early to prevent downstream impacts
