Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Innovations Product Specialist who can help scale our AI and innovation initiatives across creative and media technology workflows. This person will be supporting the entire enterprise and all internal groups. This person bridges implementation and structured delivery — someone who can both architect and execute rapid prototypes while managing pilots and stakeholder alignment.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead and support multiple AI and automation pilots from concept through deployment
• Translate creative and business requirements into technical architectures and build plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate tools and optimize workflows
• Contribute to light development, prototyping, and integration testing when needed
• Create documentation and concise updates for leadership visibility
Ideal Background
• Experience in media technology, post-production, or creative technology environments
• Proficiency with Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for integration or automation work
• Familiarity with AI and generative tools (OpenAI, Firefly, Bedrock, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent innovation efforts while remaining technically hands-on
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable operating in experimental spaces

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of AI and innovation product experience
- Familiarity with AI and generative tools (OpenAI, Firefly, Bedrock, etc.)
- Strong understanding of creative, media, or post-production pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent innovation efforts while remaining technically hands-on
- Proven ability to build and integrate prototypes and workflows utilizing Python/JavaScript/API work
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate tools and optimize workflows
- Experience creating and presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders
