Job Description
An employer is seeking a remote Executive Assistant contractor to provide high-level administrative support to our client's executive team while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, operates with discretion, and maintains a proactive, resourceful approach to balancing multiple priorities.
- Full-time EA support, full remote, open to all time zones
- Provide high-level operational and administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage executive calendars by scheduling calls, travel, appointments, and meetings; coordinate related logistics and arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Track and manage deadlines, priorities, and follow-up action items for executive leadership.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Schedule and organize in-person and virtual meetings, including conference room reservations and technology setup.
Paying $35-45/HR

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting executive-level staff
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- Must have supported top level executives in prior roles
- Supporting c-suite executives in Mountain time and Eastern time zones, likely primarily needed for the Mountain time hours, so CT/PT ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Candidates that can support document compilation and help create PPTs
- Experience within Insurance industry or healthcare related fields
