Job Description
This role is focused on propulsion test execution, including pressure testing and clean room operations, by integrating test requirements, resources, schedules, and documentation.
This person will work closely with SSL Leadership, Propulsion Test Management, Propulsion Test Engineering, and internal and external customers to ensure testing and cleaning activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the development and tracking of performance metrics, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans.
- Assist in the development of test execution plans, including:
Resource allocation
High-level schedules
Equipment and floor space utilization
Test support requirements
Near- and long-term program milestones
- Improve communication and collaboration through structured communication plans that provide status updates on current test and cleaning activities in support of upcoming test operations.
- Support the development, creation, and maintenance of test and cleaning documentation required for test execution and clean room compliance.
- Track current and upcoming test phases to ensure cleaning and testing activities meet program need dates.
- Coordinate and collaborate daily with propulsion test management and engineering teams.
- Perform responsibilities under general direction.
Pay Range: $50-$60 HR

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor of Science degree (STEM)
- 5+ years experience in test laboratory operations
- 5+ years of experience performing propulsion testing in any of the following regimes: propulsion systems, pressure and fluid systems, and vacuum systems
- 3+ years of precision cleaning of hardware experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience as a lead, supervisor, or a manager
- 3+ years of clean room operations
- Able to obtain a TS/SCI
