Day to Day:
Provide customer service and HR support for employees
Ensure a positive onboarding experience by assisting with new hire orientation
Coordinate job fair activities
Assist with maintaining associate files, ensuring documents and manuals are kept current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company polices
Handle leave programs such as tracking leave and FMLA compliance, and preparing related notification letters
Administer the temporary employee conversion process, including sending out and processing evaluation forms, and scheduling and facilitating the orientation process
Audit and administer monthly HR invoicing, including temporary employee payroll, pre-employment and post-accident testing, HR supplies, etc.
Organize and deliver employee programs, including facility bulletin boards, recognition programs, employee communication memos, etc.
This is not a remote position. You will be required to go into the office in Tracy, CA Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Expected pay range: $25-$27/hr.

1+ years of experience within human resources or in an administrative related role
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience assisting in onboarding of new employees
Prior experience sending out employee communication memos about events, programs, upcoming important dates, etc.
Experience working with outside vendors and understands how to navigate vendor management tools such as Fieldglass.
Familiar with process to convert temporary employees to permanent employees, open a new job
Prior experience auditing monthly HR invoicing for preeminent and temporary employee payroll
