Job Description

One of our largest clients is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Vendor Compliance Management Consultant to support their third-party compliance oversight, vendor assessments, and risk evaluations for vendors supporting consumer and commercial lending operations. This role helps strengthen regulatory compliance, protect customer interests, and support operational resilience through effective third-party governance. This person will conduct vendor assessments, review compliance documentation, partner with internal stakeholders, document findings, and track remediation efforts to ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Pay Range - $55-$60 HR

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in vendor risk management, third-party risk management, compliance, auditing, governance, or a related function within a regulated industry.

- Experience conducting vendor assessments, compliance reviews, due diligence activities, and third-party risk evaluations.

- Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks, compliance programs, assessment methodologies, and remediation practices.

- Experience reviewing SOC reports, service agreements, audit reports, certificates of insurance, and other compliance-related documentation.

- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

- Ability to assess vendor compliance against contractual, regulatory, and policy requirements while managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of CFPB, UDAAP, GLBA, and applicable state regulatory requirements.

- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRCM, CIA, CRVPM, CTPRP, or similar credentials.

- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), vendor management, or third-party risk management platforms.

- Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, external reviews, and policy initiatives.

- Background within financial services, banking, insurance, captive finance, or other highly regulated industries.

- Detail-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and risk assessment capabilities.
