About the Company:
A modern marketing organization specializing in high‑impact brand building, creative production, social content, and digital strategy for emerging and regulated consumer markets, operating as a fast-moving team that combines design, storytelling, and automation to support innovative brands through scalable creative systems and efficient cross-functional workflows.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project operations across creative, marketing, and production workflows by creating campaign tasks, translating briefs, setting due dates, prioritizing workloads, managing Sona rules, flagging issues, and maintaining accurate multi-client master calendars.
Develop and send detailed vendor briefs, manage timelines for creative and technical vendors, and ensure external deliverables progress smoothly and on schedule.
Review static, social, and video assets, identify issues early, support post‑production workflows, and reduce revision cycles by preparing assets for final leadership review.
Translate client needs into structured tasks, communicate updates via Slack and email, provide timeline visibility, and maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Manage request intake, route assignments appropriately, follow up on pending items, and ensure continuous workflow momentum.
Operate as the sole project manager while reporting to the Marketing Director/Head of
Operations and participating in a 2–3 week onboarding period with senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment.
Experience managing offshore creative or production teams.
Hands-on experience using Asana for structured project or agency workflows.
Strong design eye with experience reviewing vendor creative and providing actionable feedback.
Fluent in English to communicate effectively with the internal team and U.S.-based clients.
Experience with AI node-based automation flows and workflow infrastructure.
Experience supporting creative workflows including video post-production, social scheduling, or similar pipelines.
Someone who is highly motivated, engages in proactive communication, and values honesty and transparency.
Must have their own reliable laptop or desktop (any brand/model is fine); device must be personal, not shared, and able to support full-time remote work.
Ability to work remotely M–F, 9–5 MST/EST/CST with no overtime.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience maintaining structured multi-client master calendars, working in remote U.S.-based creative teams, or supporting creative operations and vendor pipelines.
