- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to returns, deductions, and chargeback claims.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.

Process Automation & AI Initiatives (40-50%)
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and operational processes.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automations using AI-enabled platforms, including tools such as Claude Code and similar technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to redesign inefficient processes and create scalable solutions.
- Develop proactive recommendations for leveraging AI across operations, rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and introducing innovative solutions.
