Job Description
1. Full Stack AI Application Development
○ Build and deliver production-ready full stack applications powered by LLMs and Generative AI.
○ Develop intuitive, scalable user experiences and backend services for AI-powered workflows and business applications.
○ Implement features across the stack, from responsive frontend interfaces to APIs, services, and data integrations.
2. AI-Powered Experiences & Platform Integration
○ Integrate AI capabilities such as RAG, agentic workflows, and knowledge-grounded reasoning into real-world products.
○ Build reusable UI and service patterns that enable consistent adoption of AI features across applications.
○ Partner with platform and product teams to connect AI systems with enterprise tools, data sources, and business processes.
3. Scalable Engineering & Delivery
○ Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable full stack systems in cloud-native environments.
○ Contribute to architecture and implementation of frontend, backend, and middleware components with strong focus on performance and maintainability.
○ Deliver high-quality software with appropriate testing, observability, and operational readiness.
4. Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
○ Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into impactful customer and associate experiences.
○ Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and system design reviews to improve engineering quality.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in full stack development for AI-enabled applications.

Required Skills & Experience
○ 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend systems.
○ Strong coding skills in Python and modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
○ Hands-on experience building and delivering scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices in production environments.
○ Experience integrating Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities into user-facing applications or business workflows.
○ Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integration patterns.
○ Experience designing clean, intuitive, and performant user interfaces for complex workflows.
○ Solid understanding of system design, API design, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
Track record of delivering high-quality software through strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
