We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordinator with a background in purchasing, buying, sourcing, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a tech company, and will play a crucial role in facilitating the purchasing process and managing supply planning for lab equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track spending and manage booking and bookkeeping within budget constraints.
- Facilitate teams in making purchases for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Assist with purchasing and supply planning for lab equipment.
- Support the purchasing process without necessarily executing full purchases.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, SAP, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Tableau for data management and reporting.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, buying, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Experience in a tech company and familiarity with lab equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience with Tableau, including pulling data from dashboards; creating dashboards is a bonus.
- Experience with SAP
