Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire multiple Order Analysts for a top client in the AR/VR industry. The Analysts will support the Business-to-Business (B2B) Partners (Retail, Enterprise, Carriers and Distributors). The B2B Order Analyst will support the order to cash transactions and return order processes, supporting the Fulfillment & Capacity Planning and Channel Inventory Operations team. The candidate should be familiar with basic supply chain concepts, such as; inventory, supply, allocations, order management, sales forecasting and fulfillment processes, with an understanding of Orderbook processes in systems like Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support an exciting array of consumer electronics products focused on VR and AR.

Responsibilities:

● Ensure timely and accurate purchase order entry into the system and resolve any order processing delays.
● Prepare and gather data to help collaborate on a biweekly basis with internal/external partners.
● Prepare order status, ETAs and tracking information internal/external teams.
● Accountability for oversight of RMA processing by RMA coordinator and confirm validity of returned goods with 3rd party fulfillment partner.
● Work with 3rd party fulfillment providers to assist in resolving operational process or transactional issues as required.
● Liaise with Finance on credit requirements, order approvals, customer deductions, stock rotations, returns, and delivery confirmations.
● Provide project support and assistance as assigned or required.

Required Skills & Experience

● Experience processing sales orders in an ERP system and generating and interpreting information in reports.
● Retail, Enterprise and/or consumer electronics supply chain experience desired.
● Proficient in MS excel/ Google Gsheets.
● Experience working with cross functional teams and external partners.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize requests.
● Able to adapt to new internal tools and processes quickly.
● Effective organizational and time-management skills to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly deliverables.
● Genuine care and concern for meeting others' needs and delivering against objectives and timelines.
● B.S. Degree in Business or related field.
