Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a FP&A Manager or FP&A Analyst for a cybersecurity company in the Bay Area. This is a hybrid, short term contract, that requires this candidate to be onsite 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong adaptive planning and FP&A background. This role involves financial planning and analysis, maintaining forecasts, and ensuring hiring and expenses are on track. The position is executive facing to some degree and is required that this person is onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. They will be using Adaptive Planning to build financial reports such as attrition models, commission models, and helping build out cash flow. We can pay 50-62/hour.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or eCommerce; a Master's degree is a significant plus.
-At least 4+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
-Proven experience in financial forecasting, headcount planning, month-end close, accruals, flux analysis, and business partnership.
-Adaptive planning experience, knowing how to build sheets models, and dashboards
-Has implemented adaptive planning at another company (not an end user)
-Has experience using adaptive planning for building attrition models, commissions models, helping build out cash flow, and other financial reports
-Proficiency in NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and Excel.
-Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
