Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join one the world's largest social networking companies. This individual will be part of the Reality Labs organization which is responsible for bring the world together through next generation Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality. This TPM group supports camera modules that are integrated into all of the product lines within Reality Labs (Oculus, Rayban Stories, etc.) The main function of a technical project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as semiconductor, HW, consumer electronics, and cameras.
Job Responsibilities:
* Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
* Manage backup, security and user help system.
* Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
* Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
* Own hardware module development from concept to mass production and support builds
pay range: $70-75/hr

* 3+ years' experience within a Technical Project/Program Management function
* Experience with HW, consumer electronics, cameras
Experience working on Camera Module development
Consumer electronics experience
Semiconductor experience
* PMI or PMP certification preferred.
