Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in the Stockton, CA area. This person will be managing a team of 5 Supervisors who have 115 Janitors beneath them. They will be responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations across multiple facilities, this role focuses on enhancing performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Key duties include supervising janitorial staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality control through inspections and standardized cleaning procedures. The manager tracks work digitally, manages budgets and supply usage, and ensures all tasks are completed safely and professionally. Additionally, they conduct training, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises the work of Janitors. Conducts periodic meetings with staff to coordinate and discuss policies, procedures, equipment, techniques, and safety.
- Ensures Customer satisfaction through satisfactory service and account retention.
- Be a team player with the Customer Solutions Team to oversee the scheduling and execution of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Ensures that the work identified in the specifications is performed properly, on time, safely and within the budget.
- Ensures labor, material, and other costs are at or below budget with each contract.
- Track work through computer. These products include work tickets, project status reports, hours by employee, and product utilization.
- Develops standardizes for improvement to ensure cleaning jobs are done the same way every time for consist of outcomes.
- Conducts training for Janitors. Ensure that all personnel are properly trained so they can accomplish all assigned duties.
- Monitors use of supplies and equipment. In some locations they may be responsible for the supply function.
- Maintains quality control over all work performed by assigned personnel through regular written inspections and positive feedback.
- Responds daily to customer solutions requests from the customer.
- Completes all work in a professional manner with industry and safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a Janitorial Manager in the Commercial Janitorial industry
o Experience managing a team of Supervisors
o Prior experience training janitors
o Strong floor work background (waxing, stripping, carpet shampooing)
o Prior experience managing budgets and labor hours
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Plusses:
- Familiarity with Paycom or HubSpot
Compensation:
$60-65K annually
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
