Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Software QA Engineer to develop and execute testing processes for applications for our client in Cancer Diagnostics. These applications directly support our mission to expand and develop new diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
This is a critical role for a technically adept professional with deep expertise in enterprise computerized systems, laboratory operations, and scientific data management—particularly in genomics, life sciences, or regulated lab environments. As a Software QA Engineer, you will serve as a tester for software and computerized system releases, translating complex technical requirements into robust, risk-based, and scalable testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test cases.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and data integrity standards across LIMS workflows and associated systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in LIMS testing (preferably Labbit LIMS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• In-depth understanding of laboratory science workflows, especially in genomics, molecular biology, or clinical research.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into testing strategies.
• Solid understanding of GAMP5 risk-based computerized systems validation methodology.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements: GxP, GLP, GCP, CLIA, and data integrity frameworks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
