Key Responsibilities:
• Own execution of aerospace manufacturing programs from order release through production and delivery
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain to align schedules, resources, and priorities
• Support estimating activities for machining and metallic manufacturing programs (estimating performed within the PM team)
• Monitor program cost, schedule, and risk, escalating issues proactively and driving resolution
• Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for assigned programs
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams, translating requirements into executable manufacturing plans
• Maintain accurate program documentation, schedules, and reporting
• Identify operational risks tied to machining, capacity, tooling, or materials and develop mitigation plans
Support proposal activity and customer growth efforts when grounded in manufacturing capabilities
