Insight Global is partnering with a private preschool and elementary program in Simi Valley, CA to hire for a 5th Grade Teacher.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to join our team and inspire young learners in a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will foster academic growth, social development, and a love of learning in accordance with California state standards and district policies.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
-Teach core subjects including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
-Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that supports student learning and development.
-Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments; provide timely feedback.
-Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including English Language Learners and students with IEPs.
-Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction.
-Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
-Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
-Collaborate with grade-level team members and participate in professional development opportunities.
-Uphold school policies and procedures and contribute to a safe and supportive school environment.

-Bachelor degree in Education or related
-CA teacher credential (single or multi subject accepted)
-Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

-Previous classroom experience preferred
