Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a tech company in Sherman Oaks, California. Key responsibilities include managing professional and personal calendars, coordinating executive meetings, and ensuring the CEO is prepared and followed-up with for each engagement. The role requires meticulous attention to detail for communication, deadlines, and high-level client interactions. Responsibilities also include travel coordination, expense reporting, and managing company expenses.

Additionally, the Executive Assistant will handle professional and personal errands, select meeting venues, and ensure all documents are current and accurate. Strategic thinking and planning ahead to save the CEO time is essential. The role also involves office management and operations support, including maintaining office supplies, common areas, and managing food service for meetings. The successful candidate will liaise with vendors, greet guests, manage parking access, and handle packages. Precision and discretion are crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in executive support, event planning, and office management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Google Drive, Zoom, and calendar management tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
