Were looking for a People Tech Reporting Analyst to join the People Team!
What youll do:
Support data requests by leveraging existing reports or developing ad hoc reports as needed to fulfill
requests across the company
Diagnose, track, and manage timely resolution of reporting issues related to data, calculated field logic,
report configuration, report performance, and/or report security
Partner with various cross functional teams (HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT etc.) to determine their reporting
needs to translate into user-friendly outputs using Workday reporting
Be responsible for delivering scalable, creative and robust workday reporting solutions
Develop and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, worksheets,
BIRT) as well as complex calculated fields
Educate end users on reporting capabilities and continuously seek reporting enhancements to support
evolving company requirements
Streamline and optimize existing reporting library to drive self service reporting capabilities
Partner with HR Tech/Workday configurations team to thoroughly evaluate, communicate, and coordinate
the reporting impacts of associated configuration decisions
Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
Assess the impact of Workday releases on reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday reporting and best practices
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Depth of knowledge in Workday's core reporting architecture including calculated fields, custom objects,
trended data source, matrix reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Workbooks, and Composite Reports
Strong understanding of people related data to be able to report on various modules of Workday like HCM,
Payroll and Recruiting.
Ability to translate client requests, from Recruiting, HR, and business, into meaningful dashboards and
reports
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and scaling
environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements

PR: $55-68/hr

Required Skills & Experience

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of Workday reporting experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday Report Writer Training
Advance Calculated Field build experience
Experience navigating Workdays security model as it relates to reporting performance
