Job Description
Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support ongoing product development across its Workforce Intelligence platform. This role will focus on design systems scaling and product design execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven experiences.
- Lead end-to-end UX design across web-based SaaS products, from discovery through delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows
- Contribute to and scale enterprise design systems, ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Design leadership to align on user and business outcomes
- Translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Support rapid release cycles (monthly + quarterly) with iterative design improvement
- Apply UX research methods (user journeys, personas, usability testing) to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs are accessible, scalable, and aligned with modern UX best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design within enterprise or SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design, including complex or data-heavy applications
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience designing for enterprise platforms or workforce / HR tech solutions
- Background in data visualization or dashboard design
- Exposure to AI-driven or analytics-based products
- Experience working with globally distributed teams (US + India collaboration)
