Job Description
Oversees seamless execution of global campaigns and high-impact initiatives across all production phases, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet project goals from brief to delivery. Manages multimillion-dollar budgets and complex timelines, mitigates risks, and engages executive stakeholders to ensure success. Builds and maintains a best-in-class vendor network, handling all contracts, permits, and legal coordination. Drives operational efficiency through process innovation, while mentoring teams and providing strategic production expertise across the business.

Required Skills & Experience
· 8-10 years of relevant global production experience required
· Previous experience in production required. Agency experience preferred.
· Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing and creative teams, as well as business stakeholders
· Experience working within a global retail organization preferred
· Experience leading creatives through timelines and decision gates
· Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
· The ability to travel is required
