Job Description

- Support Account Managers and Sr Account Managers in managing high-tier Pharmaceutical

manufacturer accounts, building to lead smaller accounts on their own

- Assist with compiling monthly data and analytics readouts for customers

- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising

Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers

- Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process

- Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and regularly updating

status documentation

- Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of professional experience in client management. Experience with pharma,

healthcare technology, or an advertising agency is a plus

- Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp

attention to detail

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a

fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful

- A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies

- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or

Asana
