What Youll Do:
Develop and implement a strategic partnership engagement framework to accelerate growth of the
community through collaborations with key platforms and brands.
Lead and manage a portfolio of partnership-led and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with
brand guidelines and business goals.
Drive seamless communication and collaboration within the Creative & Marketing group and
cross-functionally with Partnerships, Growth, Product, Communications, and Research to develop
robust program concepts and integrated cross-channel go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Production, Media, and Strategy teams to ideate and
execute campaigns that achieve key brand and business objectives, while upholding high standards of
creative excellence and demonstrating strong judgment and professionalism.
Partner with Strategy to develop inspiring and effective creative briefs, contributing to a more
sophisticated and insightful approach to our marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the Media team to develop impactful brand and performance-driven media plans that
effectively convey our message.
Establish clear measurement frameworks to track and report on distribution/media performance,
analytics, and A/B testing results to optimize for maximum impact against defined objectives.
Disseminate key learnings across the immediate team and the broader organization to foster
knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

performance marketing outcomes.
Creative Storytelling Prowess: A track record of contributing to and/or leading exceptional creative
storytelling initiatives within brand (internal) teams.
Experience with High-Caliber Creative Teams: Demonstrated experience collaborating with world-class
creative teams and working for beloved brands.
Cross-Platform Deliverables Management: Adept at managing complex deliverables across various
platforms and guiding the creative production of diverse marketing materials (campaigns, print,
presentations, websites, videos, etc.).
Exceptional Interpersonal and Influencing Skills: Recognized across departments (Creative, Strategy,
Operations, Design, etc.) as an invaluable partner who fosters respect, inspires creativity, and drives
forward momentum at Snap.
Decisive and Strategic Leadership: Possesses a decisive, strategic, big-picture perspective and
effectively guides teams to prioritize business objectives.
High Emotional and Social Intelligence: Demonstrates strong emotional and social intelligence
