Job Description

- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- Vendor agreements (SaaS, services, marketing etc.)
- Partnership agreements, including with health plans, pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Work directly with business teams to provide clear, practical recommendations and keep deals moving.

Required Skills & Experience

- Legal degree
- 5+ years commercial contracting experience (in-house preferred).
- Strong experience with vendor and partnership agreements.
- Industry background in pharmacy and/or pharma manufacturers.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of contracts with quick turnaround.
- Excellent drafting, issue-spotting, and communication skills.
