Position Overview
A Remodeling client of Insight Global is seeking skilled and reliable Construction Laborers to join their growing team. This role supports full-scale residential and commercial remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and more. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work well in a team environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with full remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, and interior spaces
• Perform demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
• Support installation of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes
• Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor preferred
• Experience working on interior remodels (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Comfortable working in different job site environments
