Job Description
The Contract Manager will support end-of-term contract surge activities, managing contract expirations, amendments, and purchase order exhibits by year-end. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and executing contract-related documents using company templates and ensuring all executed documents are properly filed and accessible. The Contract Manager will update and monitor purchase orders to reflect current contract terms and amendments, making sure contracts are correctly associated with POs and that the end-to-end process is followed. They will track the status of all contract-related activities, communicate key deadlines and updates to Finance and other stakeholders, and facilitate approval processes while maintaining clear documentation. Additionally, the Contract Manager will ensure compliance with Third Party Assessment requirements for all vendor workers and proactively resolve any issues that could impact vendor access. Weekly status reports will be provided to stakeholders, detailing progress on expirations, amendments, PO updates, compliance status, and outstanding actions. The role also includes working on extending existing contracts - such as service contracts, engineering labor agreements, and warehouse rentals. This position requires a self-starter who can figure things out independently and reach out to the appropriate contacts as needed.
