Job Description

The Sr. Credit Administrator will manage credit risk, credit limits, and complex reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely collections and supporting business growth through effective credit management. This role also serves as a backup for credit coverage within the department. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential for analyzing complex financial data, building credit models, and generating insightful reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Minimum 5+ years’ credit administration experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing
Experience reviewing over-limit accounts, approving credit limits within authorized thresholds, and evaluating requests for higher limits with recommendations for senior management approval
Demonstrated sound judgment and consistent adherence to credit policies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with ERP or credit management software; Get Paid collection software experience
