Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs within our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This role is pivotal in guiding clinical staff, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include:
-Leadership & Supervision
-Provide individual and group clinical supervision to 3 clinicians.
-Offer guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
-Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards.
-Program Oversight
-Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
-Monitor administrative tasks, including expenses and reporting.
-Step in for crisis intervention and provide clinical direction during emergencies.
-Quality Assurance
-Maintain compliance with BBS and agency protocols.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives for program effectiveness.
-Collaboration
-Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
-Communicate regularly with leadership regarding staff performance and high-risk situations.

Required Skills & Experience
- California LMFT (licensed marriage family therapist) or LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) license.
- Meets BBS requirements for clinical supervision.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices for early intervention with youth
