Job Description
Quality Engineer will be responsible for initiatives on-site that focus on Core ISO competencies and continuous improvement activities both customer product based and strategic process development. Maintaining compliance with applicable customer and company processes and specifications are top priorities. The right candidate will help drive the adoption of strategic QMS processes, install, develop and/or implement the appropriate system improvements, measures and reinforcement activities to shape the QMS culture of our facility.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field
Four or more years of quality and manufacturing experience combined
Two or more years of experience with ISO and/or IATF certification or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ability to apply Six Sigma tools and principles such as Process Capability, Gage RR, Design of Experiments, and DMAIC in a manufacturing setting.
Experience facilitating 8D analysis and implementing corrective actions internally and externally.
