our client is looking to bring on a travel support role that will assist in travel operations.
This is a remote, air centric travel support role operating during standard business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST). The contract duration is 6 months, through the end of August.
The business is highly dependent on GDS knowledge, with Sabre experience preferred, though experience with any GDS platform is valuable. The role supports global crew travel operations and primarily functions as a support and escalation team when crew members experience travel disruptions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Booking and modifying crew flights
• Assisting crew members who are stuck or disrupted during travel
• Managing high volumes of email and providing phone support, including backup coverage
• Supporting chat based communication
• Coordinating with onboard managers
• Supporting a third party team based in India
• Providing limited hotel support through a network of third party contractors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong GDS experience (Sabre preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in air travel, travel operations, or a related support environment
• International travel exposure highly preferred
• Comfortable in a support heavy, high volume environment
• Self starter who can work independently and manage escalations effectively
