Job Description
A client in the medical device space is seeking a talented Change Manager to drive adoption of internally built AI solutions in the pre-authorization space. The ideal candidate will come from a medical device or life sciences background and have experience supporting projects that automate internal or patient processes and/or implement AI solutions. This resource will work directly with the Program Manager as well as internal and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and mitigate fears from those supporting this work manually. Utilization of the new tool is key to minimize revenue leakage during the process and ensure team members are being fully utilized on only the most complex cases in need of human attention. Prior experience in the pre-authorization or patient access space will be a major plus! This opportunity is remote with monthly travel expected to Southern California and will be a 6-month contract with extensions and likely permanent conversion.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional Change Management experience
• Medical Device/Life Sciences Industry experience
o Specific experience within the Pre-Authorization, Patient Access, or commercialization space
• Experience driving adoption in newly implemented AI products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience handling sensitive changes or mitigating AI fears
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting implementation of AI/ML solutions in the pre-authorization space
• Advanced Degree (MBA, Master’s etc.)
• Relevant certifications (AI Technology, Product Management, CCMP, PMP, etc.)
