Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for a TPM Auto Product Initiatives to sit onsite with one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This person will:
· Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and interdependencies across hardware, software, and validation teams.
· Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to define requirements, success metrics, and deliverables.
· Establish program governance frameworks and tracking mechanisms for technical milestones, budgets, and resources.
· Drive alignment across multiple teams — including vehicle integration, and testing.
· Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure timely delivery of program goals.
· Communicate technical progress, blockers, and trade-offs effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role can pay between $75-$85/hour depending on skillset and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
o 5-8+ years of experience of TPM experience
o Strong understanding of schematics in autonomous systems
o Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
o Bug/ticketing system experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Engineering degree
• Prior experience with the NPI process
