Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead hardware development programs through design, validation, and production. This role is highly cross-functional, focused on coordinating engineering efforts across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
What You'll Do:
• Drive program schedules, milestones, and prototype build plans
• Collaborate with design engineers, diagnostics, and test teams
• Develop and oversee prototype build plans, including quantity forecasting
• Manage budgets and track financial targets
• Partner with Product Program Managers and suppliers (CMs, sheet metal, thermal)
• Facilitate status updates, engineering reviews, and cross-functional meetings with executive level managers
Coordinate efforts across validation and qualification testing, ensuring alignment with design goals
PR: $64-$76/ hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• 7–10 years in technical environments; 3–5 years in program management
• Ownership of at least two full product development cycles
• Technical experience with PCBs, sheet metal enclosures, rack-mounted systems, volume production
• Strong communication skills; calm under pressure
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Engineering background
• Familiarity with liquid cooling, networking industry, hardware programs for companies like Meta, Google, or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Agile MRP (Oracle)
