Insight Global is seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented Software Test Engineer to support product development through manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Engineering, Platform Design, and Contract Manufacturersto develop and maintain test software that ensures high-quality production of cutting-edge networking products used in data centers and AI applications.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for final system testing of switches using Python and/or Go.
- Design and implement web-based GUIs for production test infrastructure using frameworks like Django and databases such as MariaDB.
- Create manufacturing test plans based on hardware and platform specifications.
- Lead defect reduction efforts and debug complex system-level issues in manufacturing.
- Manage test infrastructure procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
- Improve test processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and yield at manufacturing sites.
- Maintain and update test programs and scripts across global manufacturing sites.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Linux experience in a development or testing environment.
- Networking experience, including troubleshooting, debugging, and working with databases.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
