What you'll be doing:
Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion. Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency.
Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
Order fulfillment process management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch.
Ensure material readiness to support program achievements
Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks.
Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance.
Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.

5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment
Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, NPI cycles, and material planning systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of NVIDIA
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data.
Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and/or customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
