The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a key role within the Talent Acquisition/HR organization. The Contingent Workforce Specialist will focus on supporting day to day operations of the program, including onboarding, offboarding, and extensions. Support the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle. You will act as a liaison for hiring manager inquiries related to contingent workers, and provide guidance on policies and guidelines. Drive operational excellence for users of the contingent workforce program. Monitor processes for data accuracy and facilitate process adoption across the business. Ensure compliance requirements are being met. Maintain data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate and build relationships with team members across various organizational functions. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the contingent workforce program.

Minimum 5 years experience with previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
Previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
