Job Description
A fast-growing technology organization is seeking an AI Product Manager / Business Analyst to support its enterprise AI transformation. These individuals will be responsible for business process redesign, stakeholder engagement, and scalable solution delivery. This candidate does not need to be highly technical, however they must be able to communicate effectively between IT and business stakeholders. Candidates will lead use case discovery, coordinate AI request lifecycles, and drive change management initiatives. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential in a meeting-heavy environment. Key responsibilities include:
-Engage weekly/bi-weekly with business partners across Sales, Finance, and HR to accelerate AI solution delivery
-Lead use case discovery, goal definition, and legacy process gap identification to ensure scalable AI implementation
-Coordinate full lifecycle of AI requests, manage interdependencies, and track ROI over 12 months
-Drive change management through deployment checklists, office hours, and enablement content
-Refine backlogs, prioritize work for development teams, and present complex information clearly using AI tools
-Navigate a meeting-heavy environment with strong stakeholder management and communication

Required Skills & Experience
-7–10 years of experience in product management or business analysis (more recently in an AI-centric role)
-Strong business process redesign capabilities and experience across multiple enterprise platforms
-Familiarity with Power Automate, Glean, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-Ability to assess and recommend solutions aligned with long-term company strategy
-Change management experience
