Role Summary
This role supports a high‑mix sheet metal manufacturing environment by creating work orders, shop documentation, and machine programs. The position is approximately 80% programming and planning and 20% shop‑floor support.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage work orders in the ERP system
Read and interpret 2D blueprints and drawings
Program laser and punch machines using AP100 / Fabriwin
Generate routings, setup sheets, travelers, and drawings
Support production by answering shop questions and troubleshooting issues
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality as needed

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in precision sheet metal fabrication
Strong understanding of sheet metal processes
Experience with:
AP100 / Fabriwin (strongly preferred)
ERP systems
Laser and punch operations
Comfortable in a high‑mix, low‑repeat environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Amada / Fanuc machine experience
Laser‑punch (EMLK) familiarity
Excel proficiency
Spanish a plus
