A client of Insight Global is looking for an EVMs Manager to join their team. The EVMS Manager will lead the implementation of Earned Value Management System practices throughout the organization, ensuring adherence to government reporting standards, such as IPMDAR submissions. The preferred candidate should possess extensive knowledge of ForProject EVMS software, be well-versed in DoD acquisition guidelines, and have a history of guiding teams and improving financial management systems.

10+ years of experience in EVMS or program financial analysis
Active Secret clearance
ForProject or Deltek Cobra experience
Prior experience implementing EVMS frameworks within a government contracting environment.
Certified EVMS Professional (EIA-748) or related certifications.
Familiarity with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) surveillance reviews.
Understanding of Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions
