As a B2B Demand Planning and Operational Support Specialist in the Customer Care Global Parts Center, you will oversee stock levels, allocate orders, and reduce backorders while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will review non-moving/excess stock, manage VD scrap execution, and optimize shipments. By leveraging forecasting analytics and customer data, you will enhance inventory planning, resolve escalations, and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and business growth.

1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
Conceptual data visulation with SQL and Tableau
Strong Excel skills - vlook ups, pivot tables, etc
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience with demand planning software
Experience with SAP GRP and NRP
