Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Reporting Analyst to join one of our largest utility clients. They will be supporting the Environmental Undergrounding team. This role will be focused on dashboard requests and Salesforce enhancements. The three main systems you will work with are Salesforce, Einstein Analytics and PowerBI.



Salesforce

* Write training documents and job aids for any enhancements or new applications within Salesforce

* Responsible for creating basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce

* Responsible for compiling data within Salesforce and Excel to present metrics to high level stakeholders

* Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.

* Collaborate with Product Owner, Team Lead and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.

* Responsible for minor enhancements requested by the client including Salesforce development

Einstein Analytics

* Provide functional and technical direction to deliver resources to the project team.

* Support through a clear, articulate expression of expertise in the Einstein AI and analytic tool.

* Develop Einstein platform expertise and advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices.

* Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements.

* Develop and maintain dashboards in Einstein for all functional teams

PowerBI

* Data Visualization: Transform complex data sets into engaging and understandable visuals.

* Dashboard Development: Develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

* Data Analysis: Interpret raw data to inform strategic business decisions.

* Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with various stakeholders to convey complex data insights clearly.

* Data Transformation: Connect to data sources, import data, and transform it for Business Intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree with some kind of technical emphasis

Minimum of 3 years of analytics experience

1+ years' experience with Salesforce: creation of basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

Experience building dashboards and reports within Einstein Analytics

Experience building dashboards and reports within PowerBI

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Detail oriented, very organized

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to learn and improve

Ability to analyze data from several sources and identify and articulate the business impact
