We are looking for a Program Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this work you will be responsible for leading and being right hand person to support the leaders vision. You will be presenting on vision and future state on how this division will operate and execute.
Be in leadership meetings, provide updates on strategy, identifying key priorities and monitoring progress on critical initiatives. You will also be preparing meeting materials, filtering information and providing communication updates between departments.
You will also be overseeing large cross functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. This scope includes analyzing data, presenting options, facilitating updates related to the data and governances programs.
Some of the big priorities in this group will include helping structure data on their team so they dont have to reach out to surrounding groups. Data is focused on project completion and protecting their durations from being flagged. As well as keeping leadership structured and organized on all their initiatives.
Lastly you will track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement within the organization. we need this support to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.
