Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Resource Planning team within Enterprise Service Delivery, with a primary focus on the 2026 Implementation Operating Plan (IOP)—a flagship enterprise program. This role will be responsible for owning and executing a Q4 Proof of Concept (POC) for a new planning solution, taking an existing 85‑step implementation plan and driving it end‑to‑end.
This is a highly execution‑focused role that requires someone who can quickly take ownership, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and “run with it” from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program & POC Execution
Own and manage the Q4 Proof of Concept (POC) for the 2026 IOP resource planning initiative
Translate an existing 85‑step implementation plan into a clear, actionable execution roadmap
Drive day‑to‑day program execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed
Track progress against scope, timeline, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed
Stakeholder & SME Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between Enterprise Service Delivery, Resource Planning, and key stakeholders
Partner closely with DBI, the primary Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the planning software and associated planning processes
Facilitate working sessions, status reviews, and decision forums to keep the POC moving forward
Planning & Governance
Establish and maintain program governance, including status reporting, risk/issue management, and decision tracking
Ensure alignment between the POC outcomes and broader 2026 IOP objectives
Capture lessons learned and recommendations to inform potential scale‑up beyond the POC
Delivery & Outcomes
Ensure the POC delivers clear, measurable outcomes that support enterprise resource planning needs
Prepare executive‑level readouts on progress, results, risks, and next‑step recommendations
Support transition planning if the solution moves from POC into broader implementation
