Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Data & Analytics: Leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to build dashboards, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
Executive Communications: Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Rhythm: Manage the cadence of business operations, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a connector between teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and follow-through on strategic priorities.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Experience:
5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics role.
Strong background in data analytics with hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Proven success in project management and process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and executive presence.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7+ years experience in a program management and/ or analytics capacity
Strong data and reporting skills, ( Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, or SQL)
Strong Process Improvement focus
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Experience in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Background in consulting, operations, or corporate strategy.
