Job Description

Insight Global's Manage Service Division is partnering with a local utility company to support our client as they work to refine and develop processes surrounding their Electric Maintenance and Inspection Strategy team. Insight Global intends to Support PG&E in the form of business analytics as outlined below:

* Data Governance & Data Documentation -- Consolidate data documentation and validate process adherence.

* Asset Registry Support -- Insight Global will work with proper data SMEs to establish data standards and perform appropriate gap analysis for resolution.

o PG&E team has developed an asset level scoring structure based on data quality; it is expected that scoring confidence can be assumed based on data availability.

* Data Refresh -- Develop monthly data refresh with QC effort.

o Maintenance plan information requires attention, data analyst will support the asset data refresh to work through variances.

* Data Analytics -- Insight Global will utilize Foundry to perform data analytics for weekly operating reviews. Extracted and processed data will be utilized to develop material for weekly operating reviews.

o Weekly operating review dashboard build and support.

o Compliance analysis including inspection status, non-inspections, and non-compliance.

o Optimize inspection team data and refine active dashboard.

o Re-engineer active attainment report, document processes and procedures for data extract.

Required Skills & Experience

* Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.

* Palantir Foundry platform experience

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to convey complex information to internal stakeholders and demonstrate flexibility when incorporating feedback.

* Ability to perform and produce time-sensitive results under often ambiguous conditions.

* Ability to work independently and balance engagements with multiple internal partners under minimal supervision.

* Competent in generating pivot tables and pivot charts

* Knowledgeable of creating reports

* Undergraduate Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Researching background

* understanding, experience or knowledge of PG&E, utility or similar

* Undergraduate degree in engineering (electrical, civil or mechanical)

* Foundry/Palantir Experience
