Job Description

Insight Global’s Manage Service Division partners with a large local utility company and their Electric Wholesale energy division. Insight Global’s team works to enforce a FERC negotiated tariff to determine intervening service points for City & County of San Francisco including streetlights or office spaces. It is timeline driven and involves working with several groups inside and outside of our client to ensure projects move forward accordingly. We are in need of an Administrative Processor to be responsible for all, but not limited to the below:
• Sending out contracts to customers
• Sending out invoices to customers
• Tracking on incoming payments and refund payments
• Respond to customer follow up emails related to defect follow up, project status, etc.
• Conduct research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials
• Review documents and information for accuracy and correct errors
• Analyzing issues with projects and utilize problem solving skills to determine best action to be taken and move project forward
• Help develop documentation such as job aids, etc.
• Maintaining invoice, payment, contract, active and cancelled project trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of administrative, document processing or review experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data visualization)
- Beginner – Intermediate skills in Power Bi (data modeling and report automation).
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication, both verbal and written - Confident in leading team or stakeholder meetings and Presents information clearly.
• Team player
• Problem solving skills
• Technical proficiency, exposure to a management system or software life salesforce, smartsheets, customer systems, etc.
- Self-Starter - Takes ownership of tasks and completed with minimal direction, Identifies gaps or process improvements and acts on them.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Past PG&E experience
• SAP experience
